GENERAL
Jupiter will still be in Pisces when the year begins and will move into Aries, forward into Taurus and back into Aries as the year progresses. Saturn is in Libra and will be all year. Almost at the beginning of the year there will be a solar eclipse on 4th January which is significant and will counter balance the lunar eclipse of 21st December 2010. The set of eclipses this year are predominately in Gemini and Sagittarius. Mercury will have gone back to normal so those of you wanting to buy at the January sales may find some good bargains. Your individual forecasts for 2011 will tell you what kind of year it will be. The world is changing all around us and if there is one thing that applies to everyone is be ready for changes. Nothing can ever stay completely the same as much as some of us want it to and with two mutable signs governing the eclipses that indicates ebb and flow of change. The economy is also likely to have that ebb and flow too but there will be a lot of changes within government likely too at this time. Saturn in Libra will try and establish a good balance.
YEARLY STARS FOR 2011
VIRGO - AUGUST 22ND TO SEPTEMBER 22ND
2010 saw the move of Saturn into Libra and this probably brought some sombre tones to your finances. This will continue in 2011 as Saturn moves along in that sign not to leave until 2012. However, the beginning of 2011 could see some exciting changes coming about in your partnerships and this will give you a lift. February and march may see family espeically children drain your finances a little. Saturns theme is always one of seriousness and caution so as far as finances this will be something ongoing through the year.
With Jupiter on the move there will be two distinct halves to the year as it moves from Aries to Taurus and back again. The latter half of the year is more compatible with your sign and so that is probably where you will feel more at ease than at the beginning although the first 6 months will have an energy that you will like. It moves things forward and you can see things expend and get better while the second half soothes a bit more.
Will it be a better year than 2010? For many yes, they will feel it is not quite so intense but it will depend on family members for you Virgo as you are not in isolation. If you are single then it will be those close to you perhaps in business that will affect how intense and well the year goes. It is always what surrounds us that can govern how good or bad things can be. However your outlook should be more energised and as the road you trod in 2010 did actually bear fruit. You should see some samples of that at the very beginning of 2011 and that should at least lift your spirits for the future.
Mercury only goes retrograde 3 times in 2011 so that will help enormously although it does meet the holidays somewhat. Still not having quite so many as 2010 (4) is always good news for Virgo with Mercury as their ruler. It means longer gaps where more can be accomplished without miscommunication. Always good when trying to move things forward. There is conflict in some of your in the areas of personal relationships and these have been going on for some time. There is something you want but you don't seem to be able to get it no matter how much you try. It is there in fleeting glimpses but that's all and it can be a little frustrating at times.
