What defines Aries? It is the first sign of the western zodiac and in many ways has the attitude of a child. What you see is generally what you get. Think about a child having a temper tantrum. They explode and then later it is often forgotten and they move on as if nothing had happened. In the same way Aries can be quick to anger but are just as quick to calm down and go on with whatever is at hand.
Aries like the other fire signs are action orientated. They like to get things done whether it is at home or work. However, that doesn't necessarily mean they will be the ones to do it. They may well pay someone else to do the work but the point is that it gets done and quickly. Aries don't have much time for slow pokes.
If you like the quiet life it is best not to set your sights on an Aries. The safe slippers by the fire, daily routine may well drive them mad! Do they settle for domestic bliss - yes. When they find the right person then they are very loyal but until then they will play the field. Although most are not rampant bed hoppers but they do tend to go from one romance to another.
It is definitely a balance act with Aries. They are difficult to please. They like you to be enthusiastic but also you need "to play the game". Make the conquest too easy and they will have to move on to someone who is more of a challenge. Of course, if you are too stand-offish and cool then they will lose interest. Don't pretend with them though - they can't stand that. Now you see that it can be a little tricky to walk the tightrope. It can be worth the hassle though as they protect their home and family fiercely. Give them space and be there when they need you and they will be a loyal friend or lover and a good laugh too.
This sign does like to play the field when young and partners may worry that this will continue within marriage. However this is not the Aries way. They are loyal to their partners until given cause to walk away. The only thing is that they may be less tolerant than other signs when it comes to disharmony. If you catch them in the right mood you can rekindle the flame again and all will be well but when Aries cuts you off then there may be no going back. If you need protecting you cannot ask for a better champion though as they will fight tooth and nail for what they believe and those they love.
